How does it work?

A creator publishes a label in the format code@prefix. Anyone with that label can find and redeem the counter-label by signing in with their email.

Static content or a queue?

With a static label, each person receives the same content and can retrieve their previous redemption. With a queue, each redemption delivers a different key. Further redemptions are possible while keys and any required free redemption balance remain available.

What is the free allowance?

The Basic plan includes 1 free redemption, with no renewal. Generating keys does not use the allowance; a completed delivery uses one unit. Creating more labels does not increase the allowance.

Can I charge buyers or buy more redemptions?

Yes. You can accept Pix, credit cards with a single payment, or debit cards. Pix has no additional fee for the buyer; the card fee is included in the total before confirmation. Packages: 10 redemptions for R$ 9.90; 50 for R$ 24.90; 100 for R$ 39.90. Counter-Label covers the package payment fees.

Where can I find my content?

On the redemption page after confirmation. When the email is sent, also check your spam or junk folder.

Does Counter-Label host my files?

Counter-Label stores and delivers the codes or instructions you provide. External files and the validity of keys on the destination service remain the creator’s responsibility. Only provide content you are authorized to distribute.

Does changing language change the currency or payment methods?

No. The public information pages are available in Portuguese and English. Prices and payments in this version remain in Brazilian reais (BRL), with payment methods available in Brazil.
